The Event in the Event….
During Vinum, the 2nd edition of “Vinum’s Cuisine Festival will take place”. The grand stared chefs from the Langa and Roero territories will animate, with a calendar of events at their restaurants, quality gastronomic moments (the programme is currently being prepared). In each gathering a stared, high rated chef from another Italian region will be the restaurant’s guest, to fulfil a “four-hands on” fascinating event.
Here’s an anticipation of the first names that have confirmed their participation:
- On the 22nd April Massimo Camia chef at the LOCANDA NEL BORGO ANTICO will host Philippe Leveille from the restaurant MIRAMONTI L’ALTRO - Concesio (BS).
- On the 23rd April Enrico Crippa, chef at the RESTUARANT PIAZZA DUOMO will host Nicola and Pierluigi Portinari from LA PECA - Lonigo (VI)
- On the 27th April Alberto Zago, chef at the LOCANDA DEL PILONE will host Antonino Cannavacciuolo from VILLA CRESPI - Orta San Giulio (NO)
- On the 29th April Fulvio Siccardi, chef at the CONTI ROERO will host Andrea Menichetti and Valeria Piccini from DA CAINO - Montemarano (GR)
