Cod. 0F
At 15.00 - A LIFE OF CONSULTING - A MEETING WITH SERGIO MOLINO and THE HISTORY OF HIS NEBBIOLI, a RETROSPECTIVE from 1996 to 2004

Francesco Falcone: <<…Once upon a time there was a wine-maker, acclaimed by the crowds of critics and wine lovers, like a kind of Wizard, such as Merlin, but a “bourgeois” with a magical recipe to make good winning wines. As those days are over, we’ve all started thinking about the origins, of the pureness, the authenticity of the terroir. When I met Sergio Molino’s wines, I immediately thought of having a tasting with him. Because he is, more than a wine-maker, he is a vine-dresser lending a hand to consulting. I invited him to Vinum, and he accepted immediately.>

The wines that will be tasted will be commentated by Francesco Falcone and Sergio Molino
€ 12,00 - reductions € 8,00

Cod. 0G
At 18.00 - THE NEBBIOLI from the NORTH of PIEDMONT
– presented by Francesco Falcone
This will be a healthy walk in the grand vines in the north of Piedmont. For once, we’ll forget about heat, pulp and sweetness. This time we’ll concentrate on details, acidy vibrations; we’ll aim at recognizing balance, fineness in the tannins, the tension of its growth. And we’ll imagine the terroir like a puzzle, unfortunately less known by the enthusiasts.

Tasting of Boca, Lessona, Fara, Bramaterra, Ghemme and Carema, guided by Francesco Falcone € 12,00 - reductions € 8,00
